Have you ever been in the middle of a collaborative project and wanted to walk away because it was all too hard? Or gotten well into a co-creative process only to discover that what you value and what other people want just don’t align? Have you ever been stuck between different opinions and ideas in a project where nothing seems able to move forward?
So have we! And so too have many other people, from all sorts of backgrounds and sectors that we’ve spoken to about their co-creative work.
Co-creating something new with others is HARD. Instead of a being a simple step-by-step process you can follow to get to a guaranteed outcome, processes of co-creation are messy and full of twists and turns we may not anticipate at the start.
What is CoCre8?
The SCCCP team has been in the process of developing CoCre8 – an interactive toolkit to help navigate the dynamics of HOW we work together across difference, in whatever context you work in. CoCre8 uses a combination of physical tools (custom dice, prompt cards and tokens) and an associated set of training modules and resources, to build capabilities, foster shared understanding and help to navigate the complexities of co-creation in practice for greater long-term results.
How to Vote for CoCre8 in Kinetic
The SCCCP team is also pleased to announce that CoCre8, has successfully made it to the second round of voting of Kinetic – a funding opportunity facilitated by the ANU MakerSpace which aims to support novel social and commercial enterprises from all disciplines. We would like to thank everyone who voted for and engaged with our project in the first round of Kinetic – we wouldn’t have been able to make it this far without your support!
If you are a member of the ANU community, we would really appreciate your vote to help us progress to the next round of Kinetic! The second round of voting has just opened and closes on the 14th of June.
If you have not voted before, you can find instructions for how to vote for our project in the image below. Register using this link: https://kinetic.wizer.business/ and enter your ANU email address. If you participated in the previous round of voting, you can sign into Kinetic using the account details that you have already set up and follow a similar process to vote again.

Feel free to ask us any questions and please share this project with your ANU networks too! We really appreciate your support.
